Yes. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it with no cancellation fee. Simply WhatsApp us your order number. After 2 hours or once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. However, you may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges will apply and be deducted from your refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days. We will help you find a better match and offer a 20% discount on your next order. Unopened bottles return within 7 days for full refund.
