1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://umeyshaperfume.com/ (the “Website”), placing an order, or interacting with Umeysha Perfume (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Umeysha Perfume. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3. Products & Pricing
Product Descriptions:
We strive to display our fragrances accurately. However, actual scents may vary slightly due to individual body chemistry, skin type, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee that the scent will perform identically for every customer.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices displayed at the time of your order will be honored.
Availability:
Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
Payment Methods:
We accept:
- Bank transfer (IBFT)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/debit cards via secure third-party gateways
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
Payment Security:
We do not store full payment details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
COD Orders:
COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp or call before dispatch. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Areas:
- Rawalpindi (all sectors) – Free delivery
- Islamabad (all sectors) – Free delivery
- Other cities in Pakistan – Standard shipping charges apply
However, no online transmission is 100% secure. You share information at your own risk.
Delivery Time:
- Rawalpindi & Islamabad: 24-48 hours after dispatch
- Other cities: 3-7 business days
Dispatch Time:
Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sunday are dispatched the next business day.
Failed Delivery:
If you are unreachable after three delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Delayed Delivery:
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will keep you informed.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened Products:
You may return unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Opened Products:
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you are unsatisfied, contact us. We will help you find a better match and offer a 20% discount on your next order.
Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Exchange Process:
To exchange a product, contact us on WhatsApp at +923222979989. Return the unopened product. Once received, we will ship the replacement free of charge.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. No cancellation fee applies.
After Dispatch:
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges will apply.
COD Cancellation:
Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and fragrances names (Obsidian, Noir, Crown, Phantom, Midnight Gold) are the exclusive property of Umeysha Perfume. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any illegal purpose
- Post false or misleading reviews
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Website
- Scrape or collect customer data without permission
Violation may result in a permanent ban from our Website and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Umeysha Perfume shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to our products
Product Safety:
Perform a patch test before using any fragrance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Fragrances will last a specific number of hours (longevity varies by skin type)
- Scents will smell exactly as described (body chemistry affects perception)
- The Website will be error-free or uninterrupted
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Umeysha Perfume, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of our products
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, courier disruptions, or internet outages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
